Years of experience in what they do and how they love what they do will give you an idea of their potential to help you expand and uphold your business visions.

Outsource the best in the field, and be willing to pay to keep them. After all, they will help you bring in the profit and keep the business running.

They must be reliable.

The people you hire may be talented, but if they flake on deadlines and are not able to deliver as they promised, you will be at a losing end. You will also find that while other people are good at making first impressions, they do not have the capacity to maintain the good impression.

As a potential employer, informal as the setting may be, you must have a bit of psychological knowledge and be able to determine which people are worth outsourcing and which people are worth thanking for their time.

They must be available.
